Your Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent social media support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Create compelling content that engages our audience and encourages interaction.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and proactively engage with users.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize strategies.
• Play an active role in community building and enhancing brand loyalty through social media.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends to continually improve our engagement tactics.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for social media and a desire to connect with customers.
• Experience in customer service or social media roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
