Your Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers with roadside assistance requests over the phone.
• Evaluate the type of assistance required and coordinate actions with service providers.
• Provide accurate information and updates to clients regarding their situation.
• Document all customer interactions clearly for future reference and quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Participate in training and professional development initiatives to improve skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
