In this role, you will support our Polish-speaking clients, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring a remarkable service experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional remote support to Polish-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer inquiries and technical challenges efficiently.
• Guide customers through product features, helping them make the most of our offerings.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly for quality and future improvement.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep your skills up to date and expand your knowledge base.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Technical skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Previous experience in remote support or customer service is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• A strong commitment to providing an excellent customer experience and building rapport with clients.
