Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assisting clients with software installation, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Offer training and resources to clients to enhance their understanding of products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and strong command of English.
• Relevant experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating within a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of technology and e-commerce sectors is advantageous.
