In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a remarkable service experience. Become part of a friendly and supportive team dedicated to customer satisfaction!

Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is essential; knowledge of English is preferable. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
