Polish Speaking End User Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to present a new opportunity for a Polish Speaking End User Support Specialist. This role is tailored for individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy assisting clients with technical support needs.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our Polish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for Polish-speaking end users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Educate clients on product features and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support requests.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to further develop technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
