Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to email inquiries from Polish-speaking customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service processes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product offerings and best practices in support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Previous experience in customer service or email support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
