Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Polish-speaking clients in the logistics sector via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to their shipments, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on logistical operations and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
