Polish Speaking Customer Success Specialist

In the position of Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our products and services. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will play a crucial role in fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for Polish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers to provide insights for service enhancement.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer experience.
• Stay updated on our products and industry trends to provide well-informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
