Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any issues related to fitness equipment.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
