Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Polish, both in writing and speaking, is crucial. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are explicitly mentioned in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
• A genuine interest in fashion and customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
