Your Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, baggage, and other services.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor during all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training and development programs to stay informed about industry standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to customer service and helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Desire to live and work in Athens, Greece.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
