In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Polish-speaking customers, answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their experience with our brand is nothing short of excellent. Your commitment to customer happiness will be key in fostering strong relationships and enhancing our brand's reputation.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Manage inquiries and address concerns efficiently to create a positive customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and offer insights for service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Ensure that your native language and nationality are clearly stated in your application materials.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist customers effectively.
