Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is advantageous.
