Your Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.

• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with assistance provided.
