Your Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Polish related to gaming and esports across various platforms.
• Ensure all content complies with community guidelines to maintain a safe online environment.
• Quickly identify and report any inappropriate content or user behavior.
• Engage with the gaming community to encourage positive discussions.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve moderation practices and community engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please specify your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong interest in gaming, esports, and online communities.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
