Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the onboarding process and providing ongoing support, ensuring they effectively leverage our services to achieve their objectives. Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for Polish-speaking clients, understanding their specific SaaS and cloud computing needs.
• Provide customized guidance and solutions to optimize their cloud infrastructure.
• Support clients during the onboarding process and address any technical challenges that arise.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars to empower clients in effectively using our SaaS products.
• Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
• Previous experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or a relevant consulting role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications within business environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective client solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
