Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Polish-speaking clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements based on client feedback and needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless and cohesive client experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
