Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients by effectively addressing their inquiries and business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and valuable feedback.
• Assist in implementing new initiatives and processes aimed at improving service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry developments to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in a business support or consulting role is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
