Key Responsibilities:
Attend and monitor congressional hearings, markups, briefings, and public forums
Track legislation, oversight activity, and policy developments relevant to the company
Produce clear, well-structured written reports for internal stakeholders, including:
Hearing summaries and takeaways
Legislative and regulatory updates
Support external engagement strategy by preparing background materials for meetings with congressional offices and agency staff
Maintain organized records of legislative activity, contacts, and reporting outputs
Assist with longer-form policy analyses, white papers, or position documents as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align GR efforts
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong writing, content creation, and editing skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to support communications initiatives.
