The Role
Legend is hiring a Poker Operations Manager, reporting directly to our Poker Operations Leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a poker expert who thrives at the intersection of game integrity, player experience, data, and community. You’ll own the day-to-day and strategic operations of a leading site’s poker room, shaping how players experience fairness, fun, and trust at scale.

Your Impact:
Own the poker player experience, providing authoritative rulings and thoughtful responses across community and support channels.
Design, deliver, and optimise promotions, tournaments, and flagship events that drive engagement and retention.
Use data and reporting tools to analyse player behaviour, promotion performance, and poker economy health.
Act as a trusted subject-matter expert for poker rules, formats, and game variants across the business.
Strengthen the Poker’s community by contributing engaging content, forum presence, and league collaboration.
Safeguard game integrity by detecting, investigating, and preventing collusion and unfair play across the platform.
What You’ll Bring:
A passion for poker.
Proven experience and hands-on knowledge of poker and the igaming industry.
You’ll have a deep understanding of poker rules, variants, and poker economy fundamentals (rake, overlays, promotions).
Proven experience in identifying collusion or suspicious behaviour using hand histories and player data.
Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to inform operational and commercial decisions. You’ll be comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Amplitude to draw insight.
Clear, confident written communication skills for public forums and direct player interactions.
Comfort operating in grey areas, making sound judgment calls where precedent or data may be incomplete.

2nd: Interview with our team (1 hour video via Zoom)
3rd: Take-home task
4th: Final interview with our team, Operations Manager & Marketing Leadership (1 hour video via Zoom)
