This is a 10-month contract role reporting directly to the Managing Director of Korea. What You'll Do
  • Build and grow Spotify’s video podcast ecosystem in Korea by identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential creators and media partners
  • Act as a trusted partner across both independent creators and established media companies, clearly articulating Spotify’s platform value and growth opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Korean creator and media landscape to inform acquisition and partnership strategy
  • Lead on-platform growth initiatives, managing editorial surfaces and optimizing content placement to connect the right content with the right audiences
  • Plan and execute 360-degree promotional campaigns for key video podcast launches and tentpole cultural moments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and global Creator Partnerships teams to ensure local initiatives align with broader business goals
  • Use data and insights to inform strategy, track performance, and continuously refine how we support creator & media partners growth
  • Who You Are
  • You understand both independent creator dynamics and structured media organization workflows, and know how to navigate each effectively
  • You know how to identify high-potential creators and build meaningful, trust-based partnerships that drive long-term growth
  • You are experienced in business development and product advocacy, with a track record of designing and managing scalable programs
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using tools like Tableau or Looker to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • You are highly organized and can manage editorial calendars, campaign workflows, and multiple creator relationships with minimal supervision
  • You communicate fluently in Korean and English (written and verbal), and can confidently bridge local partners with global stakeholders
  • You care deeply about creator culture and are excited about shaping the future of video podcasts in Korea
  • Where You'll Be
  • This role is based in Seoul, Korea
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 days per week
