As the PMO Practice Lead, you will oversee both strategic product development and operational project management. You will be responsible for fostering an environment of streamlined productivity and successful outcomes. Your mandate is to drive a high-performance culture focused on adding value while leading design, product management, and project management competencies.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Leadership
- Implement product design thinking into project teams and standardize agile delivery practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success throughout the lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement in agile product development processes
- Foster a culture of ownership, open communication, collaboration, and innovation
Project Management & Governance
- Establish project management processes, methodologies, and governance structures.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget, mitigating risks and proactively managing resources.
- Ensure the delivery team accomplishes all milestones as per agreed project schedules

Approve monthly fulfillments against forecasts and question variances
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Monitor and ensure a healthy margin between revenue Cost-to-Company (CTC) and billable rates
- Ensure projects generate a healthy gross profit margin
- Ensure all staff are engaged in work that adds value and maintain high staff utilization across billable or non-billable work.

Create reporting dashboards which accurately cover core delivery KPIs (e.g., Utilisation, Allocation, Gross Profit %, Revenue Forecast)
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in commerce or a related field.
- Project management certification
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role
- At least 5 years of management experience.Experience managing software projects.
🛠 Technical Knowledge & Competencies:
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules.
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and CRM tools (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project, and Salesforce)
