PMO Oral Products

As a PMO Oral Products, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects of low to medium complexity, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You will drive end-to-end project execution, support PMO governance, and work closely with a Lead Project Manager on more complex initiatives. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and experience in product development and commercialization environments.

YOU WILL

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close cross-functional projects involving 7+ functions.
• Build and own end-to-end project timelines, ensuring dependencies and milestones are accurately reflected and met.
• Proactively manage scope changes, risks, interdependencies, and project constraints.
• Lead multicultural and cross-functional project teams without direct line management.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery in line with business, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure gate readiness and support commercialization approval processes.
• Prepare and deliver clear, regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Act as a trusted advisor on project management topics for project stakeholders.
• Support PMO activities, including communication flow, milestone tracking, and risk/opportunity monitoring.
• Support the Lead Project Manager in the execution of complex projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in project management with demonstrated ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution.
• Leadership mindset with a can-do attitude and ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Background in product development, product deployment, and commercialization.
• Ability to manage low-to-medium complexity projects with multiple interdependencies.
