For more information, please visit www.saviynt.com. We are seeking an experienced and strategic PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) within our Expert Services team. This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools (preferably FinancialForce/Certinia PSA), and the ability to drive operational excellence across global projects. The PMO Manager will oversee the PMO function, ensure governance and compliance around regional billing, resource allocation, coordination with Finance teams and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Leadership & Governance: Lead and mentor the PMO function, ensuring adherence to defined standards, methodologies, and best practices. Establish and enforce governance frameworks for PMO execution, resource management, and financial tracking.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with senior stakeholders to define PMO strategy, align priorities with business objectives, and ensure successful delivery of Expert Services projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy within PSA tools.
  • PSA Tool Management:
  •  Oversee daily PSA operations, including project setup, resource assignments, billing, and documentation. Ensure data integrity and optimize workflows for seamless execution.
  • Manage and update project timelines, tasks, milestones, and resource allocations in the PSA system to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Assist the Expert Services team in utilizing PSA tools to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee region-level billing processes within the PSA tool, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of billing milestones based on project deliverables and contractual terms.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other critical records within the PSA system.
  • Financial Oversight & Reporting: Generate financial reports, monitor margins, utilization, and revenue recognition and forecasts. Deliver executive dashboards and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with Finance.
  • Resource & Capacity Management: Manage global resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project timelines. Forecast resource needs and collaborate with delivery managers to address capacity gaps.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between PMO, finance, and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues. Present insights and recommendations to leadership through professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • WHAT YOU BRING
  • 7+ years of experience in PMO roles for Professional Services Team, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in PSA tools (FinancialForce, or similar) for project governance, resource management, billing, and reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and billing reconciliation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement scalable PMO frameworks.
