What You'll Do
Project Management
- Own end-to-end project delivery: define scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop full-scale project plans and manage resource allocation
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality assurance
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and evaluations
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the project team, fostering open communication and collaboration on international scale
- Coach and develop team members, supporting their growth and well-being
- Plan capacity, balance workloads, and ensure timely deliverables
- Shield the team from distractions and remove impediments

What You'll Need

10+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Implementation Manager or Release Manager in Software Development company
- 2+ years of experience in leading and managing the team
- Master in modern project management good practices
- Strong skills in budgeting, documentation, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Decisive, highly organized, structured, and goal-oriented
- Proactive, constructive, and forward-thinking approach

Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts effectively
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas domain
- Experience in working product-based SaaS company
