The PMO Lead is responsible for driving program governance, execution discipline, and transparency across multiple initiatives within the organization. This role ensures effective tracking of project timelines, consolidation and analysis of data across teams, and delivery of accurate, actionable insights to executive leadership and business stakeholders. The PMO Lead plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, improving delivery predictability, and supporting successful project outcomes.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and senior leadership, the PMO Lead establishes reporting standards, ensures timely and accurate status updates, and fosters a collaborative, high-accountability environment. The role requires strong analytical capability, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse applications and business contexts, particularly within fast-paced software and regulated (pharmaceutical/clinical) environments.
Responsibilities
Lead the PMO function in tracking project progress and overseeing timelines.
Collect, synthesize, and analyze project data from multiple teams.
Direct teams on reporting needs and ensure timely and accurate project updates.
Generate clear, actionable status reports for executive leadership and business stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and project success.

Education & Experience
