Key Responsibilities

🔹 Statement of Work (SOW) & Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOW) including scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Interpret contract clauses, identify risks, and ensure alignment with company policies
  • Coordinate with client managers for contract clarification, negotiation support, and final sign-off
  • Follow up proactively to ensure timely contract approvals and execution
  • Maintain contract repository and track renewals, amendments, and change requests

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise directly with client managers for SOW discussions, revisions, and approvals
  • Ensure contracts are properly signed and executed before project commencement
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Client teams

🔹 P&L & Budget Management

  • Track project P&L including revenue, cost, and margin
  • Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards

🔹 Strong Excel & Data Management

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, financial tracking models)
  • Maintain financial trackers, resource utilization reports, and billing sheets
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

🔹 Resource & Candidate Management

  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of contractors
  • Track timesheets, billing cycles, and utilization
