We are looking for a PMO Analyst to play a key role in supporting the planning, governance, reporting, forecasting and performance oversight of our UK Change portfolio.   This is a delivery-focused PMO role supporting a complex portfolio of change initiatives. You will work closely with Project Managers, Programme leads, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure strong planning discipline, accurate forecasting, robust governance, and clear portfolio reporting.   This role is ideal for someone with experience in PMO or project coordination within a structured change environment, who enjoys working with programme and project stakeholders in the delivery of effective governance, project management and performance tracking. What You'll Be Doing
  • Portfolio Reporting & Governance
  • Coordinate programme and project status reporting across the UK Change portfolio
  • Prepare consolidated reporting packs, including materials for the monthly UK Change Committee
  • Ensure governance artefacts are accurate, timely and decision-ready
  • RAID & Delivery Control
  • Maintain and facilitate reviews of RAID logs and action registers
  • Track ownership, dependencies and escalations
  • Ensure visibility of risks and issues across programmes
  • Resource & Capacity Planning
  • Maintain forward-looking resource forecasts aligned to delivery plans
  • Partner with People Experience to provide demand visibility
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of project resources
  • Financial Tracking & Forecasting
  • Support tracking of actual vs forecast costs
  • Maintain financial oversight across programmes
  • Provide financial data for governance forums
  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans and milestone tracking
  • Consolidate planning information to provide programme-level visibility
  • Ensure deliverables and timelines remain visible and controlled
  • Change & Framework Assurance
  • Log and track project changes in line with the UK Change Framework
  • Support consistent adoption of governance standards
  • Conduct light-touch assurance reviews to drive continuous improvement
  • What We're Looking For
  • Essential Experience
  • Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project controls role
  • Exposure to structured change environments
  • Strong experience with planning, reporting and governance processes
  • Understanding of project methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using Jira
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Desirable
  • Experience with project financial tracking and forecasting
  • Knowledge of portfolio management tools
  • Experience within financial services, mortgages or conveyancing
