We are currently hiring experienced, dependable candidates for a Full-Time Plumbing Technical Assistant role. This opportunity is designed for individuals with hands-on plumbing experience who are looking to strengthen their skills, earn certification, and grow within a stable, in-demand trade.

Training & Certification

• Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
• Paid, structured training provided
• Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
• Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
• Training begins at the end of April 2026
• Interviews will be conducted remotely

Role Overview

• Support licensed plumbers with service, installation, and repair work
• Utilize existing plumbing knowledge while learning advanced methods and systems
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and plumbing regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
• Valid United States driver’s license
• Authorization to work legally in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a background screening
• Willingness to complete a drug test
• Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
