Your New Role

As our Plumbing Service Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our service team, ensuring smooth operations, happy customers, and a high-performing crew. Based in Wilmington, NC, this role serves a 100-mile radius, overseeing service calls, managing technicians, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Assign work to technicians and manage service calls efficiently

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and evaluate service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff

  • Customer Relations: Be the primary point of contact for key accounts and maintain strong client relationships

  • Estimating & Cost Management: Prepare accurate repair estimates and assist technicians in evaluating job costs

  • Operational Oversight: Monitor inventory, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce safety and industry standards

  • Performance Management: Lead reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team growth

  • Budgeting & Reporting: Manage budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
