Key Responsibilities and Duties
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in plumbing, including theory and hands-on practice.
Develop instructional materials, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards and student learning outcomes.
Adapt instruction for adult learners, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and inclusion.
Monitor and assess student progress; provide feedback, tutoring, and remediation as needed.
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in plumbing or related trades.
Strong knowledge of safety practices, tools, equipment, and relevant regulations.
Ability to communicate clearly to diverse student audiences.
Reliable, organized, good at planning, with the ability to adapt lessons to varying student needs.
Basic computer skills for recordkeeping, digital tools, learning management, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicable professional license (s).
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
