The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions in order to maximize the efficiency and balance of the marketplace. We are looking for an Operations Support Associate who will support our business by ensuring good user experience through optimizing commercial settings and online platform tactics, while also contributing to the product development process and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams. You will need to be a natural problem solver, detail-minded and able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
What you'll do
Implement optimization initiatives (e.g. online platform incentives, market subsidies, etc.) for various markets with the objective of marketplace transaction growth and desired service level
Configure business settings, making sure business settings are set as desired level and developing systems for documentation
Contribute to the continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and management framework and process to ensure a structured approach in driving market growth through timely operational support on the platform
Develop and implement business processes to maximize efficiency and cross-team collaboration
Support adhoc projects and cross departmental initiatives as required
What you'll need
1+ years of experience in system operations in a fast-moving environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in maintaining an online system at optimal operational level is ideal
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams
Responsible and a good team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
