The role
ACLED is recruiting a full-time Platform Operations Officer to provide support to the Executive Team, Access Team, and Revenue Team. This position will report to the Head of Executive Office.

Specific responsibilities
The successful candidate will carry out the following activities as part of the Executive Team:

Access Team
- Oversee the accurate setup, upkeep, and administration of user accounts and licensing information across platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, and other applicable systems.
- Monitor and triage messages received in the Access inbox, ensuring requests are properly logged and routed to the appropriate teams.
- Respond to and resolve access-related or technical support inquiries submitted through the inbox.
- When required, act as a liaison for current users by addressing questions related to contracts, system access, organizational methodology, terms of use, coverage details, and related matters.
- Support the Head of Executive Office with Access Team reporting
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Executive Office

Revenue Team
- Support the Revenue Team with onboarding licensing forms and surveys
- Support the Revenue Team with tailored messaging for different lead types
- Provide the necessary information to NGOs and individual clients, managing their requests via emails and calls
- Support the Revenue Team with lead filtering and communication

Executive Team
- Handle documentation related to travel, such as reports, receipts, and reimbursement requests
- Support the Head of Executive Office in planning and organizing events, including conferences, workshops, and meetings.
- Assist the Head of Executive Office with Board and Advisory Board management
Skills and competencies
ACLED is seeking applicants who have the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of related experience (required);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work remotely with limited supervision;
- Excellent organization and time management skills;
- Good judgment and high attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems;
- Extremely proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software;
- Proficient with SalesForce and Asana, or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software;
- Fluency in English (essential);
- Ability to travel as necessary (up to 10%).
