We are looking to hire a Platform Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Field Service and Project Operations, to support strategic projects involving the implementation, governance, evolution, and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 platform.
What will you do?
- Define technical guidance for the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Support architecture decisions for Field Service and Project Operations.
- Ensure a fit-to-standard approach.
- Define and support platform governance guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration.
- Support testing, go-live, post-production support, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a technical reference and trusted advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What are we looking for?
- Master-level profile, with relevant experience in the role.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Experience in enterprise implementations, from solution design through to go-live.
- Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Field Service, and Project Operations.
- Experience integrating with corporate systems.
- Experience defining standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.
- Relevant and up-to-date Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
- Knowledge of Agile, JIRA, and Confluence is valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with technical, functional, and international teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving focus.
- Quality, results, and business value orientation.
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
