We're looking for a motivated and experienced Platform Engineer to join our team focused on building and maintaining resilient multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms on AWS. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our technical team to design, implement, and support cloud-native infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles.

Your tasks:

• Design and implement multi-tenant Kubernetes environments using tools like Rancher and Crossplane
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources
• Create automation for deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and self-service capabilities
• Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the infrastructure stack
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation
• Support product teams to effectively utilize the platform

Requirements

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes administration and operations
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure services and infrastructure provisioning
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (particularly Rancher)
• Familiarity with Crossplane for Kubernetes-based infrastructure provisioning
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Experience with Multitenant Kubernetes architecture
• Experience with AWS IAM and Kubernetes RBAC for secure multi-tenancy
• Background in DevOps/Platform Engineering practices and principles
• Experience in operating Linux systems
