Day to Day :
Core Platform & BAU Responsibilities (Primary)
- Manage and support the Kryon RPA platform, ensuring availability, stability, and security.
- Perform daily monitoring of RPA jobs, schedules, logs, and automation health.
- Handle BAU support activities including incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Support platform patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance in coordination with infrastructure teams.
- Maintain operational documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and support guides.
Automation Support & Enhancement
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing RPA workflows to improve stability and performance.
- Assist in minor automation changes and workflow fixes rather than full-scale bot development.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand automation issues and improvement opportunities.
Testing & Test Management Responsibilities
- Support testing activities for RPA processes, including functional testing and regression testing.
- Use test management tools to execute test cases, log defects, and track resolution.
- Validate fixes and enhancements before deployment to production.
- Ensure automation solutions align with testing standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve automation reliability, monitoring, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth automation operations.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to best practices for RPA and test automation.
