1. Order Management
- Manage and monitor the entire order pipeline, ensuring timely processing of incoming orders (Receive) and effective control of pending orders (Backlog).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all order processing activities.
- Coordinate with sales/CS, production, and PPC to resolve order-related issues.


2. Continuous Improvement Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of implemented project improvements.


3. Team & People Management
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and project needs.
- Conduct training and mentorship for team members to enhance their professional capabilities.
- Evaluate team performance and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

- College and above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a prepress department/order management/people management.
- Proficiency in using design software (AI/Indesign).
- Experience participating in or managing improvement projects.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
