Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise junior researchers or lab technicians as required.

  • Stay current with scientific literature, trends, and innovations relevant to ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Plant physiology, botany or plant Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in laboratory-based research
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful lab trials.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis
  • Strong scientific writing skills and experience preparing reports or peer-reviewed publications.
