Planning Manager

TLDR

Manage the execution of RFPs and RFIs independently while applying advanced planning tactics in a collaborative environment.

  • Execute standard planning tasks with minimal supervision

  • Own and manage the execution of standard RFPs and RFIs independently.

  • Apply advanced tactics in the planning process (RMN, Live sports, etc.) using predefined templates and planning tools

  • Contribute to presentation development with clear storytelling elements

  • Conduct audience research and apply basic segmentation strategies

  • Conduct competitive research to inform the strategy

  • Suggest optimizations to improve task-level processes

Requirements

  • 3–4 years in digital media (media planning experience preferred)

  • Demonstrated expertise in presentation and strategy decks development

  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads, Paid Social)

  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms like DV360, Xander, The Trade Desk, or similar is a big advantage.

  • Basic understanding of programmatic advertising principles

  • English proficiency: B2–C1
