Role Summary As a member of the Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain demand planning and fulfilment operations to build and deliver a world class operational system through multi-tier supply channels. What you will do
  • Involved in hardware unit forecasting and delivery. Combining inputs from multiple sources, analyzing historical sales, and planned marketing and sales activities to forecast sales demand.
  • Plan inventory quantities by region and warehouse to support sales and desired stocking levels.
  • Determine optimal freight methods for incoming material based on need and minimizing cost.
  • Project inventory based on planned supply and forecast demand.
  • Understand and report on issues involving supply (shortages, capacity, etc.) with respect to various supplier partners and their schedules.
  • Follow up with Sales, regarding specific opportunities that may exceed existing planned supply.
  • Identify excess and obsolete inventory, making recommendations for reserves and disposition.
  • Measuring and reporting KPIs, including forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
  • Develop and maintain reports in Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Update purchase price data in SAP and understand its impact on Inventory valuation.
  • Documentation of processes, as required.
  • On demand analysis, as required and situation dictates.
  • What you will bring
  • Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience – This may include Demand Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Control, Order Scheduling, Shipping, Warehouse Management, or some combination of those.
  • ERP system experience. SAP preferred.
  • CRM system experience. Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel. Copilot AI experience a plus.
  • Power BI development experience a plus.
  • Demand Planning system software experience a plus (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Process knowledge with respect to inventory controls, demand/supply management and accounting
  • Experience with Manufacturing Facilities and processes (ODM, CM, etc)
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Flexible and Adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Desire to learn and grow within the position enhancing and developing skillset

  • Strong analytical skills.
