To liaise with supplier & contractor regarding fabrication works, measurement, adaptation of parts, service and repair work.
To attend bi-monthly mold engineers' online meeting for discussions related to molds.
Support Environmental, Safety and Health task to ensure activities are complied to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards as per details in the safety and environment management system and procedure.
Ensure data keep and monitoring of Expenditure Costs incurred by Mold and Tooling Department.
To organize manpower and give out clear instruction for maintenance, handling breakdown and leave coverage, where applicable.
To attend and rectify all quality issue related with mold.
To ensure and maintain high performance level to produce quality product.
Ensure machines parts - Repairs or change according to Processes deviation / requirement, Quality Specification and Control.
To ensure the spare & physical unit related to tooling equipment in plant are available.
Supporting and assisting 4-4-1 team when and as required by management.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering Field (preferably Mechanical) with minimum 1 year of experience or
Diploma in Engineering Field (preferably Mechanical) with minimum 3 years of experience or
Minimum 2 Years Experience in Tooling Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance / mold related.
Must have hands-on experience in plant preferably maintenance of mechanical parts

Good Communication and able to communicate with blue collar.
English knowledge (written and speak)
Knowledge in MS Office
Knowledge of SAP is advantage
Problem Solving Skills
Independent with less supervision
