Overview:
A Senior Ping IDM / ForgeRock IDM Solution Specialist designs and delivers enterprise-grade identity lifecycle management and account synchronization solutions for a diverse client base. This role requires equal strength in architecture and hands-on implementation — the ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable IAM designs and then execute those designs through configuration, integration, and deployment of the Ping Identity Management (formerly ForgeRock IDM) platform.
The specialist is expected to lead engagements involving identity lifecycle automation, provisioning, reconciliation, workflow orchestration, and system integrations across hybrid and cloud environments. While most work is performed remotely, periodic client travel is required.
Identity Fusion has been delivering identity and access management solutions for nearly two decades, with experience spanning multiple IAM platforms and technologies. Our specialists bring broad industry expertise while maintaining deep proficiency in Ping Identity’s product suite. We partner with organizations across the public and private sectors — from mid-market companies to large global enterprises — helping them modernize identity architectures, streamline lifecycle management, and strengthen security posture through resilient IAM foundations.
We are seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about building next-generation identity solutions using modern cloud and hybrid architectures. You will work on complex, high-impact projects, collaborate with experienced IAM practitioners, and design solutions for enterprise clients in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, ongoing training and mentorship, and performance-based incentives. Travel flexibility is required, though the majority of work is remote.
