This is a On Demand role with working hours from Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to senior patients.
- Utilize our advanced technology platform to create personalized care plans and enhance provider collaboration.
- Work closely with our medical concierge team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Partner with our team to eliminate inefficiencies in scheduling, billing, and patient communication.
- Contribute to a care model that improves patient satisfaction, retention, and health outcomes.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD/DO) and board certification in Primary Care, Geriatrics, or Psychiatry.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
- Passion for patient-centered, technology-driven care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an integrated care team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
