Connect with pediatric providers in a community-focused role, fostering relationships and facilitating important referrals for families in need of specialized care through MeBe.

MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? Play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including ABA, OT and Speech.

About You:

  • You take pride in your work, pay attention to the small details and have a reputation for doing high quality work.

  • You value transparency and operate with candor and compassion. You inspire others to be their best selves.

  • You love to weave fun and laughter into whatever you do. Making a positive impact is what drives you

  • You value individuality and find yourself gravitating towards people with other interests who think outside the box, and push the status quo.

MeBe is looking for a Physician Liaison who loves being out in the community and building real relationships. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of MeBe—connecting with pediatric providers, sharing our story, and helping them understand how we support children and families through thoughtful, well-matched referrals. You’ll spend most of your days out meeting physicians and provider partners across the territory we serve, keeping them in the loop on our services, approach, and current availability. We’re looking for someone who’s independent, upbeat, and energized by conversation, looking for a part time role.

This is a Part Time Variable Hour role.

About What You’ll Work On:

Build smart, consistent outreach

  • Create and stick to a well-structured cadence for outreach and follow-up across your territory

  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with referral partners so they clearly understand who MeBe serves and how to connect families to care

Build and grow trusted partnerships with pediatric providers

  • Explaining which children MeBe is best positioned to serve (age ranges, diagnoses, levels of support, clinic vs. in-home)

  • Walking providers through what happens after a referral—from first family contact to assessment, authorization, and start of services

  • Clarifying current enrollment availability, wait times, and upcoming openings so referrals are timely and realistic

Own your territory

  • Work independently across Colorado, engaging referral partners within a 30-minute radius of MeBe’s center

  • Plan ahead by building and managing a 4 week forward-looking calendar of outreach, meetings, and events

Create great experiences (not just meetings)

  • Coordinate internal and external events that are engaging, well-attended, and drive high-quality leads

  • Clearly communicate objectives, strategy, and expectations for each event with the Director of Growth and executive partners

Stay organized and data-driven

  • Enter, track, and categorize outreach activity accurately and on time in our CRM

  • Support the broader growth and referral process by working toward goals, tracking progress, and sharing results with the team

Pitch in where it counts

  • Developing or refreshing marketing materials

  • Organizing special events for the referral community

  • Distributing collaboration-of-care reports to providers with patients currently enrolled at MeBe

Qualifications:

  • Clear, confident written and spoken communication

  • Working on or possess Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing and/or Communication is a plus

  • Experience in health care or ABA experience is a plus

  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician is a plus

  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain and cultivate relationships within a professional capacity

  • Comfortable with daily accountability on key metrics, including account touchpoints, events scheduled, leads generated, and new clients referred

  • Self-motivated with an interest to grow with an ever-expanding company

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission

  • Must be able to pass CO state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check
