In this role, you will: 

  • As an Physician Assistant (PA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics.
  • You will conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow up visits. 
  • Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues. 
  • Dedication to staying well-informed of psychiatric advances.
  • Passion for patient-centered care. 
  • Strong communication and empathy.
  • Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies. 
  • Prescribe and manage medication regimes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion.
  • Board Certification (NCCPA)
  • Current State of IL PA License
  • Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
  • Current DEA (II III IV V) Registration/License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
