We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Physician Assistant to join a patient-centered outpatient care team in Monroe, North Carolina. The Physician Assistant will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions under physician supervision. You will assist in managing patient care across urgent and routine outpatient visits while maintaining accurate medical records and supporting efficient clinical workflow in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient examinations and develop treatment plans for individuals of all ages under physician oversight.
  • Order, review, and act on diagnostic tests including laboratory studies and imaging such as X-rays or CT scans when clinically indicated.
  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within North Carolina state practice regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to optimize patient flow and care coordination in Monroe, North Carolina.
  • Maintain detailed, compliant, and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted North Carolina Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current NCCPA certification as a PA-C is required.
