About the Role
One of ThoughtFull’s solutions to promote well-being among our users is through engaging and impactful webinars, seminars, and workshops. We are seeking skilled and experienced trainers to lead speaking engagements on topics related to financial wellbeing.
As a ThoughtFull Trainer, you will be required to:
- Facilitate webinars, seminars, and workshops that promote physical wellbeing, healthy lifestyle habits, and sustainable behaviour change.
- Engage participants through clear communication, evidence-based insights, and practical, actionable strategies.
- Plan, design, and deliver interactive learning sessions on physical wellness topics — such as movement and exercise fundamentals, ergonomics, sleep hygiene, nutrition basics, and stress/energy management — tailored to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with the ThoughtFull team to develop, refine, and enhance physical wellness training materials, tools, and workshop resources to ensure relevance, accuracy, and impact.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as sports science, physical education, physiotherapy, nutrition, exercise science, kinesiology, occupational health, or other physical wellness-related disciplines
- Postgraduate or professional certifications in these fields will be an added advantage (e.g., Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Health Coach)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer/speaker/facilitator
- Certification or training in public speaking, corporate training, or related fields (e.g. HRDC-accreditation) - preferred but not required
- Bilingual (preferred); Fluent/Proficient in English; Native/Proficient in Malay and/or Mandarin
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt content and delivery methods to suit diverse audiences
- Portfolio or examples of past presentations, training sessions, or workshops
- Technologically competent to operate multiple online meeting platforms seamlessly - e.g. ClickMeeting, Zoom, Teams
