Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients at the Glenwood Center (Cypress Cove). The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.

Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
Mandatory Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license (AL or compact, as applicable)
Ability to work 5x8 day shifts
Availability for a 13-week contract
Strong communication and patient-care skills
