Requirements

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and maximize outcomes.
• Provide exceptional hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
• Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum is required.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in our facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for regular interactions with all patient populations and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate care and enhancing the patient experience.
